Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Description

Robert Half is partnering with a local law firm looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily office operations in Seattle, Washington.

This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and organized environment while keeping administrative tasks on track. The ideal candidate is attentive, experienced, and comfortable balancing front-desk responsibilities with clerical support in a busy office setting.

Responsibilities:

+ Welcome clients and guests with a courteous, service-focused approach and ensure they are assisted promptly upon arrival.

+ Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages accurately.

+ Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to maintain smooth day-to-day office flow.

+ Monitor shared office areas and complete light tidying tasks to help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Track, organize, and replenish office materials so staff have the supplies needed for daily operations.

+ Provide administrative support with document handling, including filing and maintaining entity-related or legal records as needed.

+ Review correspondence and documents for accuracy, formatting, and basic proofreading before distribution.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role in a law firm setting.

The salary range for this position is $23-27/hr benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan. Visit  for more information.
