Credit Analyst

Every agile Credit Analyst we've hired at Public Affairs Institute had two things: a grip on Relationship Building and zero patience for general theater. Set the $81,000 - $116,000 aside a moment and the general ownership alone makes this Public Affairs Institute job worth a serious look.

• Support daily operations at our Spokane site and keep workflows moving
• Turn 5 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Map the handoffs between WA teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Keep Spokane, WA stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates
• Keep Spokane, WA momentum when the senior pipeline runs thin

• Proven track record delivering results as a senior Credit Analyst
• A WA work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Real curiosity about why Public Affairs Institute customers do what they do
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• A point of view on Public Affairs Institute's space, sharpened by your own reading
• Comfort presenting to a WA-wide audience without a script
• The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later

Public Affairs Institute is a quietly-ambitious, fiercely independent Spokane company that would rather earn trust slowly than buy attention quickly. Around here, "I don't know yet" is a perfectly respectable sentence and often the start of something good.

The package speaks for itself: $81,000 - $116,000, coaching, coverage, and the flexible contract hours that innovative general pros expect.
