Inventory Manager

Operations here are good; we hired an Inventory Manager because good is a starting line, and CILT is how we cross the next one. The proposition holds together — $91,000 - $133,000, 8 years, a WA base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Read the Barcode Scanning signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes
• Run discovery with WA operators to find what the data won't show
• Translate 8 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on
• Pin down the unit economics before Twitter pours fuel on growth

• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first
• Solid Vendor Management grounding, plus Customs Clearance you can pick up on the fly
• Experience translating Transportation Management complexity for a non-technical audience
• Real Supplier Relationship Management chops, plus the Persuasion curiosity to keep growing
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

Twitter earns its keep by making business predictable, an autonomy-driven promise it has quietly kept across WA. At Twitter we hire people we can trust with real decisions and then give them the room to make them.

The whole offer in one line: $91,000 - $133,000, mentorship, benefits, and flexible internship hours that respect the life you have in WA.

Hiring is open and ongoing for this internship position in Spokane.
