Preferred Qualifications- 1‑3 years of on‑site construction experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations)
- Pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen
- A valid driver's license
- High School graduate, GED or equivalent
- Must be able to follow directions from supervisors and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Clear and prepare site for construction
- Assist in building structures for tower sites
- Mix and pour concrete
- Unload and load materials for job site
- Dig trenches
- Follow safety measures for Civil Field work
- Other duties as assigned
