As a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive impactful projects and collaborate with owners and contractors through our efficient EPC approach.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 DOE.

What You’ll Do
  • Project Estimating and Management:
    Take charge of civil projects involving deep foundations, retention systems, ground improvement, and dewatering scope. You’ll be the mastermind behind successful project execution.
  • Site Evaluation:
    Embark on site visits to evaluate conditions, ensuring you have the knowledge needed for strategic decision‑making.
  • Document Analysis:
    Dive into drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports, translating them into remarkable projects.
  • Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
    Source and evaluate quotes to assemble the perfect team for each project.
  • Cost Estimating and Budgeting:
    Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets that will be the backbone of our success.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    Collaborate with legal experts to negotiate construction contracts, securing the best deals for clients and subcontractors.
  • Project Submittals:
    Craft project submittals that encompass construction means and methods, design calculations, specialty equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control and Cost Management:
    Ensure impeccable quality while staying on top of costs to deliver outstanding results.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Champion safety, implementing measures to ensure projects are conducted in a secure environment.
  • Project Billing and Closure:
    Manage project billings and handle all essential paperwork to wrap up projects seamlessly.
  • Training and Development:
    Participate in company‑wide training sessions to stay on the cutting edge of industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering on extraordinary projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
  • Understanding of construction methods, enabling quick project leadership.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites within the district.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior project‑management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Compensation Range

USD $90,000.00 / Yr. – USD $ / Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
