Spokane,WA!Thisisagreatopportunityforamotivatedconstructionprofessionalwhothrivesinacollaborativeenvironmentandenjoysworkingwithclients,design teams,subcontractors,andinternalprojectteamstosuccessfullybringprojectsfromopportunitytoconstruction.

Theidealcandidatewillhave7–10+yearsofcommercialconstructionexperience
,withabackgroundinpre-construction,estimating,project management,project engineering,oracombinationofthesedisciplines.

Strongexperiencewithground-upcommercialconstructionispreferred.

Salary Range

Salary Range:$110,000-$140,000annuallyDOE

Performance Bonus:10–15% ofbasesalary,basedoncompanyandindividualperformanceandapplicable

Project

Managementandfieldteams.

This includes:

• Workingcloselywithour Business Developmentteamtoevaluateopportunities ,developpursuitstrategies,andestablishpreliminarybudgetsandschedules.
• Developingconceptualbudgets,detailed estimates,valueengineeringoptions,andfinalprojectpricing.
• Reviewing plans,specifications,addenda,andcontractdocumentsforscope,constructability,completeness,andpotentialrisks.
• Developingbidstrategies,subcontractor scopes,bid packages,andqualifiedbidderlists.
• Soliciting,analyzing,leveling,andnegotiatingsubcontractorandsupplierproposals.
• Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithsubcontractors,suppliers,owners,architects,engineers,andotherprojectstakeholders.
• Identifyingscopegaps,project risks,schedule concerns,andopportunitiesbeforetheyreachthefield.
• Participatinginclient,architect,consultant,pre-bid,andprojectplanningmeetings.
• Supportingsubcontractorbuyoutandfinalcontractnegotiationsfollowingprojectaward.
• Leadinganorganizedtransitionfrompre-constructionintoconstruction,ensuring the

  Managementandfieldteamshaveaclearunderstandingoftheestimate,scopes,assumptions,exclusions,schedule,risks,andoutstandingitems.
• Utilizing
  Procoreandotherconstructiontechnologyplatforms
  tomaintainaccurateprojectinformation,documentation,pricing,andcommunicationthroughoutthepre-construction process.
• Helpingdevelopandimprove Baker’spre-construction processes,standards,tools,andbestpracticesasthecompanycontinuestogrow.
• Contributingtoourcollaborativeculturethroughteaminitiatives,mentorship,andcontinuedprofessionaldevelopment.
