Customer Service Rep - SWING SHIFT

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time position supporting customers across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and in-person showroom interactions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and computer skills who is comfortable learning technical products and providing knowledgeable, professional customer service.

• Provide customer service and engagement across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and others
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions through phone, email, and social media
• Answer inbound calls and manage customer correspondence
• Assist customers with purchases, product questions, and demonstrations in the showroom
• Learn company products and accessories to accurately answer customer questions
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews through platforms such as Judge.me
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Assist with opening and closing the facility, including securing equipment, displays, and lights
• Provide professional and solution-focused service when resolving customer questions or concerns
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, social media, and in person
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Gmail, Gorgias, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks
• Professional, courteous, and confident communication style
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to learn technical product information
• Familiarity with firearm safety terminology or interest in the 2A community is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
