Amentum’s USCIS Application Support Center in Spokane is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet applicants, guide them through biometrics, verify identity, and maintain secure handling of PII. You will provide front-line customer service, support crowd control, and help staff uphold ASC policies.
Training is provided; availability is Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:15pm; on-call shifts may vary; compensation starts around $21.15 per hour for union roles in this location.
