Geriatric Medicine Physician

Providence Elder Place Spokane is seeking a per diem Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with interest and experience in Geriatric Medicine to join an established team in Spokane, Washington. You'll join an interdisciplinary team and provide older adults with a single, coordinated program of comprehensive care and social services (known as PACE). Work within a collegial and supportive environment with access to resources and specialists across the continuum of care.

• Predominantly outpatient with some care in nursing homes and patients' homes
• Monday - Friday; no on-call coverage
• Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative and Hospice Medic fellowship or 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Position is primarily located in Spokane, WA, may occasionally work some shifts in other sites.
• Compensation is up to $145.44 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
