Practice President - Radiology

Radiology Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for our growing Spokane practice in Spokane, Washington. This role combines clinical radiology practice with meaningful physician leadership responsibilities, offering a hybrid or onsite schedule and the support of a national physician-led organization. The ideal candidate will help build and lead a practice from the ground up while maintaining a balanced clinical schedule and enjoying strong operational support.

Responsibilities

• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings with hospital and health system leadership
• Driving strategic service line growth and development initiatives
• Leading quality and peer review programs
• Supporting physician engagement and practice culture
• Collaborating with local operations leadership to optimize practice performance
• Building strong relationships with referring clinicians and hospital stakeholders

Compensation

• The base salary range for this position is $575,000-$625,000

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday-Friday schedule (8A-5P)
• Dedicated administrative days built into the schedule

Qualifications

• Experienced radiologists encouraged to apply
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• CAQ or CAQ-eligible required
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington
• Previous leadership experience welcomed but not required
