Provide inpatient support for cardiothoracic surgical procedures including robotic lobectomy, thymectomy, coronary artery bypass grafting, and aortic valve replacement. Collaborate with surgical teams, assist during operations, and manage post-operative care.
Key Duties- Perform surgical assistance and patient management during complex cardiothoracic procedures.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient records.
- Work scheduled shifts, including day, night, and weekend calls.
- Maintain credentials, including active licensing (Washington or IMLC), Board Certification or eligibility, and BLS certification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Assistant with BLS certification, active state license, and experience in cardiothoracic surgery or related fields.
