Radiology Partners is seeking an entrepreneurial and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for our growing Spokane practice in Spokane, Washington. This role combines clinical radiology practice with meaningful physician leadership responsibilities, including driving strategic service line growth, leading quality programs, and building relationships with hospital partners. The position offers hybrid or onsite flexibility, dedicated administrative time, and a balanced lifestyle within the nation's leading physician-led radiology practice.

- Serves hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the nation through affiliated practices
- Physician-led and physician-owned practice setting
Responsibilities
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings with hospital and health system leadership
- Driving strategic service line growth and development initiatives
- Leading quality and peer review programs
- Supporting physician engagement and practice culture
- Collaborating with local operations leadership to optimize practice performance
- Building strong relationships with referring clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Compensation
- Base salary range of $575,000-$625,000
- Annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)

- Monday-Friday schedule (8A-5P)

Qualifications
- Experienced radiologists encouraged to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- CAQ or CAQ-eligible required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington
- Previous leadership experience welcomed but not required
