This 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility provides specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation services with dedicated resources to support quality rehabilitation outcomes. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and modern infrastructure to facilitate comprehensive patient care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in a structured inpatient rehabilitation setting, supported by 25 RNs and 20 office staff.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor and cultural activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians may explore scenic natural landscapes, including proximity to volcanic terrain, river gorges, and coastal destinations, alongside options for cycling, paddling, and hiking. The region also features wineries, public art, galleries, local restaurants, and farmers markets, as well as convenient access to business and leisure amenities throughout the area.

The physiatrist will provide comprehensive inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services during scheduled day shifts with call coverage required. Clinical responsibilities include patient rounding, evaluations, treatment planning, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams in accordance with facility protocols. Clinicians will manage admissions and discharges for the rehabilitation unit and maintain accurate clinical documentation throughout each assigned coverage period.
