Qualifications- Previous education and Barber experience
- Experience with Paul Mitchell products
- Positive and effective communication skills
- Soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork
- Current Washington Barbering Instructor’s license
- Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
