Curriculum Coordinator

We're hiring a Curriculum Coordinator in Spokane who's ready to learn fast, contribute early, and grow with the company. Take stock: $82,000 - $122,000, hybrid, 6 years of Google Classroom, and a senior title that grows teeth as you prove yourself.

• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Assessment Literacy to each audience
• Keep Spokane, WA stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Earn the trust to make quietly-relentless judgment calls without a committee
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet

• 7+ years of Facilitation reps, not just Facilitation exposure
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Hands-on experience with modern Google Classroom workflows and tooling
• The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly
• Proven leadership experience guiding senior-level initiatives
