Job Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for many workflows in the asset management system that minimize and mitigate risk of failures in the plant. They ensure that asset data is organized, accurate, and effective at identifying maintenance strategies commensurate with criticality and risk. The RE supports data driven root cause and loss elimination analysis to ensure that unexpected failures are mitigated and causes are systematically eliminated.

- Asset Data Collection
- Criticality Analysis
- Asset Hierarchy Development
- Control Strategy Development
- Maintenance Strategy Development
- Preventative Maintenance Optimization
- Bill of Materials Development
- Critical Spares Determination
- Loss Elimination
- Root Cause Elimination
- Management of Change
- Reporting to various levels within the organization
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering or commensurate technical degree required
- CMRP OR CRE Certification desired
- 3 years’ experience within engineering and maintenance systems. Advanced technical degree in lieu of experience is acceptable.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- FDA regulated experience preferred
- Experience with CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Root Cause Analysis required
- FMEA functional expert required
- Interpreting/Creating Engineering Drawings required
- Data analysis required
- Developing/Evaluating Engineered Solutions required
- MS Excel experience required
- Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted required
Weekday Days, Monday – Friday
Compensation & BenefitsThis is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA. Hiring Wage: $91,950 – $134,900 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant Hollister Stier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role.
