We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with broad expertise in civil engineering for water and wastewater process engineering and land development. Key skills include project management, multidisciplinary coordination, site and grading design, stormwater systems, NPDES compliance, and utility/facility planning. Experience with municipal, public utility, or industrial projects—especially in the Spokane area—is highly valued.

In this role, you will support senior engineers and business development in preparing proposals and actively promote our services to a diverse client base. You will help build and mentor a collaborative team, market our capabilities, and deliver high-quality engineering and consulting solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Master’s degree with emphasis in water and wastewater design desirable.
• American Academy of Environmental Engineers Diplomate desirable as alternative to master’s degree.
• Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience collaborating with local and State agency/engineering community is a plus.
• Experience designing public water and wastewater treatment facilities is strongly preferred.
• Experience serving as a prime consultant is preferred.
  
  Experience Environmental Agency and local Health District requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work with counterparts in other Coffman offices to share workload when required.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Strong project management, mentoring, and business development skills.
• Client management skills experience.
• Salary range: $120,000+
