Job DescriptionCoffman Engineers is seeking an Entry‑Level Structural Engineer for employment in our Spokane office. Our primary marketplace is Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with other potential opportunities across the United States. The successful candidate will be independent, self‑motivated, energetic team player who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm.
Qualifications- A four‑year degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0‑3 years of experience in the structural design of buildings or similar structures.
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- Registration as an E.I.T. preferred.
- Experience with the Spokane market and clientele preferred.
- Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, MathCAD, ETABS, Revit, etc.) preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Working as part of a multi‑discipline design team.

Expected Salary range – $70,000 – $81,000.
