This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Spokane, WA. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating various structural components and systems. Day-to-day tasks include producing technical reports, conducting site inspections, preparing calculations, drafting drawings using engineering software, and supporting project-specific needs. Collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders will also be an essential part of the role to ensure project success.

• Proficiency in structural analysis, load calculations, and structural design
• Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, architects, and contractors
• Ability to evaluate and resolve structural issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in Washington State
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction materials
• Previous experience in the design and review of commercial, residential, or industrial projects is an advantage
