Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Spokane, WA. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating various structural components and systems. Day-to-day tasks include producing technical reports, conducting site inspections, preparing calculations, drafting drawings using engineering software, and supporting project-specific needs. Collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders will also be an essential part of the role to ensure project success.
Qualifications- Proficiency in structural analysis, load calculations, and structural design
- Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, architects, and contractors
- Ability to evaluate and resolve structural issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in Washington State
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction materials
- Previous experience in the design and review of commercial, residential, or industrial projects is an advantage
