Overview
MEP/BIM Tech II – McMillen. The Revit Team Member will work with the CAD/BIM/VDC team to take water resource projects to the Revit world. This designer will be immersed in a fast-paced water resources engineering environment, with frequent coordination and communication with design engineers to solve problems, improve processes, and complete projects on time.

- Manage Revit projects and coordinate with project teams.
- Create and manage views, sheets, and schedules in accordance with standards and desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of MEP discipline in design execution.
- Actively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of the design and delivery process.
- Collaborate with Revit and Civil 3D within a master model.
- Manage multiple assignments, stay highly organized, and produce high-quality work at a fast pace.
- Experience with water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities or similar MEP projects is preferred.
- Proficient with Autodesk Revit.
- Proficient with pipe routing and equipment placement.
- Experience with Revit content to fulfill project requirements.
- Proficient with BIM
360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). - Proficient with Navisworks; 3D coordination experience required.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Technical or vocational program in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience as a multi-discipline designer.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Vault is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical systems in Revit is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or Python for Revit is a plus.
- Knowledge of Inventor or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in water resources is a major plus.
- Strong technical writing and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on multiple projects.
- Pay Range: $38/hr – $54/hr (DOE).
