Scheduler​/Planner, Maintenance

Overview

Scheduler/Planner, Maintenance role at Jubilant Pharma Limited. This position is responsible for scheduling/planning maintenance for the plant to assure optimum resources are utilized and maintained in order to meet Capacity and Long Term Planning requirements. The Scheduler/Planner will coordinate with manufacturing planning teams to ensure approved Maintenance commitments are met.

• Coordinate Maintenance Planning as assigned and prepare contract/special project teams or shutdown teams as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for Production Lines regarding scheduling/planning of maintenance for their areas.
• Meet with production representatives and Maintenance department stakeholders frequently to ensure efficiency of Maintenance activities.
• Be aware of the nuances of manufacturing on each Production Line taking those into account when scheduling maintenance for each area.
• Apprise management in a timely manner of all potential or actual problems in meeting the scheduled Maintenance plan.
• Take ownership of the Work Order (WO) backlog in area(s) assigned and provide feedback to management concerning the impact of overdue PMs or extensions.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices and cGMP requirements.
• Work with Production Scheduling and Planning groups to create windows for Maintenance.
• Create material kits and task lists for WOs.
• Review work notifications in SAP and generate monthly PMs.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Project Plus Certification desired
• 5 Years in Maintenance Trades required
• Critical Path Scheduling Method and Scheduling Tools, Ability to Read Plant and Production Schedules desired
• Analytical, Logistical and Problem-Solving Skills required
• Prolonged sitting and standing required

• Hiring Wage: $39.56 – $53.53 hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant Hollister Stier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
