Mechatronics & Robotics Technician Position Type:

Pay Range: $26.70/hour – $27.70/hour

Shifts:

(4) Day work week, 10 hour shifts with 3 day weekends

• Design, develop, and maintain automated systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement robotics solutions to streamline workflows in various processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to innovate and improve mechatronic systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on robotics and mechatronics systems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance on robotic systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document technical reports and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in mechatronics and robotics applications.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mechatronics, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages relevant to robotic control and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior experience in programming and operating robotic systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical system installations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in robotics.
