Inthis role, you will:
- Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring project aspects, ensuring high energy and attention to detail.
- Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data; use it to create schedules for execution of work on small to medium‑size projects.
- Monitor and document construction progress and provide written summary progress reports.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts such as logic diagrams, schedule resources, milestones, level of effort, and general presentation of schedules.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- 5+ years of Construction Scheduling experience.
- Ability to interpret construction schedules.
- Familiarity with scheduling software.
- Experience with cost and resource‑loaded schedules.
- Certifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI‑SP, EIT, PMP.
- Cost control background.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
- Basic understanding of scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project or other).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to being an active participant in our employee‑owned culture.

The expected compensation range for this position depends on skills, experience, education and location: (Minnesota) $64,386 – $91,980, (Illinois) $67,452 – $96,360, (Washington) $73,584 – $105,120, (New York) $76,650 – $109,500.
