- Process payments, set up and change AFTs, CIF changes, HELOC checks, waive late fees, correct or reverse loan payments.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to branches and customers via telephone or email.
- Process Consumer loan payoffs – completing payoff checklist.
- Release collateral on all types of paid‑off loans.
- Book all types of Consumer loans and change terms within 24 hours of receipt.
- Prepare Consumer loan documentation and change terms within the department‑stated turnaround time of 24 hours of receipt of a completed loan request.
- Work assigned pending and filing weekly, following up on all required items, sign off and complete files.
- File review of Consumer loan files – put files together, notate all exceptions and send exception notices.
- Participate in community service activities.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within strict time‑frames and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in a climate‑controlled shared work area with minimal noise.

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6‑8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency situation.
Specific lifting abilities required by this job include sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
