The position of Sr. Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for preparing commercial, Ag, SBA, consumer & TRID loan documentation; process customer loan payments and advances; boards loan to core system and images loan documentation; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining excellent customer relations. This is a full-time, on-site position M-F.

• Completes Commercial and Ag loan documentation
• Understanding of UCC/Real Estate/Crop collateral documentation requirements & perfection
• Understanding of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure requirements
• Reviews all loan type documentation for accuracy
• Boards signed loans to core maintaining data integrity
• Responsible for the disbursement of new loan funds
• Indexing of loan documentation to imaging system
• Prepare and maintain collateral files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
• Process paid off loans & collateral release
• Insurance tracking & follow-up
• Detail and accuracy are a must
• Be able to effectively prioritize in a high-paced environment

• Responsible for successfully completing assigned training courses
• Responsible for following Bank Procedures and Policies, including Privacy Policy, Network Security Policy and Personal Computer Policy
• Explains, promotes, or recommends bank products & services
• Works to build strong relationships with Team Members to meet our TEAMWORK VALUES
• Provides EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE as outlined in our Service Standards
• Maintains customer confidence and protects Bank Customers and the Bank by keeping information confidential
