Role Description

Full‑time, on‑site Service Advisor based in Spokane, WA. The Service Advisor will address client inquiries, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer‑focused service. Key responsibilities include managing communication with clients, assisting with aftersales requests, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. The position offers a path to becoming a Financial Advisor / Planner, with mentorship from a top professional team in the Northwest.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer‑focused Service, and Customer Service
• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in providing support for aftersales needs and resolving client issues
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is preferred
• Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly desired
