Job DescriptionThe Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating client financial situations, educating them on suitable mortgage products, and guiding them throughout the loan application process. Tasks include originating loans, building relationships with clients and referral partners, and ensuring superior customer service.
Qualifications- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
- Strong skills in Underwriting processes and understanding of compliance standards
- Background in Finance and knowledge of financial solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- State‑specific Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
- Proficiency in relevant software and platforms for loan management
- Additional certifications or experience in sales or real estate are a plus
