Spokane’s South Hill Supercuts is looking for a creative leader to run our busy, full-service salon and join our local management group.
You don’t need salon management experience to apply. If you’re a skilled stylist ready for the next step, several members of our general management team are excited to teach you and help you grow.
Pay and benefits- Earn great wages, along with tips and commission. Effective hourly wage can be $24-$38/hour or more, which includes wages, tips, and performance bonuses. Motivated managers can earn upwards of $80,000 per year!
- Enjoy medical, dental, and vision-care benefits -- along with paid sick leave and vacation time -- so you can look and feel your best while developing your career.
- You take home more of your tips! Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Supercuts owners like us, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips at tax time, keeping more of what you earn. We proudly supported the initiatives that put money back in your pocket.
From day one, you’ll serve a huge base of loyal clients. Our experienced leadership team works one-on-one with you every day to build your management skills. You’ll also stay current with paid trainings and nationally recognized education, and keep your craft sharp with quick cuts, complex color, and everything in between.
We’re a small business, 100% family owned and operated. Our caring owners put customers and employees first. Here, every voice matters, and you’ll make a meaningful impact on your team and community every day.
