Help your salon manager lead and motivate the team Coach newer stylists and set the example

Make every client feel welcome

Pitch in on daily operations, inventory, and salon goals

Keep the salon clean and compliant

You’ll need

An active cosmetology or barber license (or reciprocal)
A passion for hairA positive, collaborative attitude
