Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - WA
R3 Continuum is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by workplace events in Spokane and surrounding Washington.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site crisis support following disruptive workplace incidents.
- Respond promptly to employee and organization needs.
- Independently licensed in Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, APRN, or Psychologist)
- Master’s degree in mental health.
- Malpractice insurance $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
- Completed R3C DEM crisis response training or approved CIR training.
- Comprehensive crisis response training.
- Flexible schedule, case-by-case work.
- Personalized support.
- Electronic reporting via mobile app.
- Supplemental income $100-$125 hourly.
Contract position. Referrals increase chances 2x.
