Massage Therapist – Ashiatsu Training SPACE

Are you a thoughtful, self‑motivated massage therapist who’s eager to learn, grow, and work in a beautiful, supportive environment? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team at THE SPACE—a downtown Spokane massage studio specializing in barefoot ashiatsu massage.

We have one spot left in our September 26–28th ashiatsu training, and we’re offering it free to the right new hire (a $745 value). In return, we ask for a 120‑day work commitment, or the cost of training will need to be reimbursed.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be available at least 2 days per week to start, with potential to expand to 4 days/week.
• Starting pay is $30 per massage hour plus tips, with pay increases based on performance and milestones.

• Giving high‑quality massage sessions
• Setting up and maintaining a clean, welcoming treatment room
• Checking clients in/out, rescheduling, and client communication
• Helping with laundry, cleaning, and team support tasks

We’re a boutique massage studio in downtown Spokane known for Sole Massage, a unique two-strap barefoot massage technique that allows therapists to work deeper with less strain. Our space is bright, plant‑filled, and music‑filled—and we value a supportive, non‑toxic team culture.

The open position includes a fully paid spot in our in‑house Sole Massage Level 1 class. Training is on‑site, hands‑on, and designed to help you grow into a long‑term role with us.
