Manager Nursing

Description

Plans and directs the operational and personnel activities of designated facility(s) for the Admit Transfer Center. Supports a collaborative and coordinated process among departments, hospitals, ambulatory clinics, physicians and department staff to promote effective management of patient care across the healthcare continuum. Fosters teamwork and integration of services and staff in Admit Transfer Center. Facilitates growth and development of the department in response to the dynamic nature of the healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years progressive Leadership experience in healthcare or related field.
• 3 years related clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
