Medical Receptionist / Office Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: $25–$27/hr DOE (with 6-month performance review and growth track to $27–$30/hr as responsibilities increase)
Schedule: Full-time,
Monday–Friday (future option for 4-day workweek as clinic volume grows)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Hybrid Medical Receptionist / Office Manager to become the central coordinator of our clinic’s front office. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage practice and grow with us.
This role blends:

- Scheduling & Communication Management
- Administrative Support
- Introductory Office Management Duties (expanding as the clinic grows)

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Interaction- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and manage clinic email
- Collect copays, verify insurance information, maintain accurate patient records
- Provide a positive, professional experience for patients and families
- Manage physician and procedure schedules
- Coordinate referrals, insurance pre-authorizations, and imaging scheduling
- Maintain timely communication between patients, providers, and outside offices
- Organize daily office operations
- Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed
- Assist with billing tasks, insurance follow-up, and documentation
- Help develop office procedures as the clinic expands
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain secure patient data handling
- Experience in a dental, medical, or clinical environment (front desk, assisting, or hygiene)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfort with computer systems, scheduling software, and multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently
- Experience with medical scheduling or EMR systems
- Prior front-desk or office-manager experience
- Insurance verification or pre-auth experience
