About the Hospital
- Nonprofit Organization - qualifies for the Federal Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- 150+ Total subacute beds within the campus
- Treat Stroke, Parkinson's, TBI, Multi-Trauma, Fractures & more
- 1:1 patient care with no group therapy: 45-60 minutes on average with every patient
- Team of 7 PTs +OTs, SLPs & Support Staff:
Over 25 full-time Therapists among three buildings - 90% of patients are transferred from Acute Care
- Work in Acute Care as well:
Training provided by Lead PT - New Grads are encouraged to apply
- 4-10's
Schedule:
3 days off each week - $5,000 sign-On Bonus
- $5,000 Relocation Assistance
- $1,500/year for CEUs
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Montana license or ability to obtain
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
