Position: MDS Coordinator (Float/Travel Required)
Location: Spokane Valley

Position: MDS Coordinator (RN preferred, but will consider LPN candidates)

Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00/HR DOE & Credentials

Location: Will float between 2 facilities

  • Aurora Valley Care, 414 S University Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206
  • Spokane Falls Care, 6021 N Lidgerwood St, Spokane, WA 99208

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
  • Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
  • Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
  • Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
  • Will float between Spokane Falls Care and Aurora Valley Care at the direction of the regional team
Requirements:
  • Current RN or LPN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
  • Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
  • Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

As required by state and local law, Caldera Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Caldera Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
