This role encompasses various licensed mental health clinicians including Marriage and Family Therapists, Professional Counselors, and Social Workers who provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders in a primary care setting. Candidates must possess relevant master's degrees and appropriate Washington state licenses, with experience in behavioral health preferred. This is a combined posting for an Mental Health Therapist, Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker MSW, and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders.

The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders.

The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

Mental Health Therapist LMFT

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Family therapy.
• upon hire:
  Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Marriage and Family Therapist License Salary Range

Min: $34.66, Max: $54.87

Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree counseling or related field.
• upon hire:
  Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Professional Counselor Salary Range:

Min: $30.81, Max: $48.77

Licensed Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
• upon hire:
  Washington Mental Health Counselor License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
• 2 years related experience.

Social Worker MSW

Required Qualifications:
