Responsibilities:
The Social Worker, LCSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient’s health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities, and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patients gain access to resources while confronting personal issues such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. They collaborate with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. They collaborate with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. They collaborate with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker collaborates with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence‑informed person‑centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter‑Multi‑Disciplinary Team (IDT).

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License.
• 2 years of experience in the field or a related area.

• Preferred:
• 2 years in an ambulatory clinic or hospital.

Salary Range:
Min: $35.35, Max: $54.88

• Master’s Degree in counseling or related field.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License.

• Preferred:
• 1 year of Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.

Salary Range:
Min: $30.81, Max: $48.77

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Mental Health Counselor License.

• Preferred:
• 2 years of related experience.
• 1 year of Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in a substance use treatment setting.

Salary Range:
Min: $35.25, Max: $54.88

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.

• Washington Advanced Social Worker License or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License.
