Recreational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab

Shift Details:
Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week.

Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the Recreational Therapist plans, directs, and coordinates recreation programs for people with disabilities or illnesses to assist with maintaining or improving their physical and emotional well-being. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to create the best possible outcomes for patients.

All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful, and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors, serving as a positive representative of the hospital at all times.

Up to $7,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible rehires and external candidates who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

• Graduated from an accredited Recreational Therapy program
• Washington Recreational Therapist Registration upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire

• Experience as a Recreational Therapist

Pay Range: $25.28 - $38.68. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
