• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active and valid state licensure in Washington.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).

• Pay: $2,806.80 to $3,000 per week.
• Setting:
  Home Health.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Shift: 5 days, 8‑hour shifts (08:00–16:30).
