• Join a behavioral health team serving skilled nursing facilities across Spokane, WA
• Monday – Friday flexible schedule with no set start time, round and go model
• Typically one facility per day, with autonomy to structure your day
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health support
• Collaborate with facility teams to deliver individualized treatment plans
• W2 employed position with dedicated clinical and administrative support
• Ideal for PMHNPs or Psych PAs passionate about geriatric and post-acute mental health

• Fee‑for‑service model with estimated annual income: $144,982 – $171,978
• Biweekly pay with no cap on productivity income
• Sign‑on incentives may be available for qualified candidates
