Occupational Therapist Assistant

Salary: $31 - $33/hr based on experience!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Occupation Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Follow Up
  :
  Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the occupation therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions
  :
  Implement various therapeutic techniques, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation
  :
  While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the occupational therapist.

  ​​​​​​​Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere
  : ​​​​​​​Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

• Associate Degree as Occupational Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
