Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and PBS provides training to become an RBT and pathways to advancement.
Roles involve 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. A supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment is offered with local travel as needed.
