Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist facilitates the site recruitment & talent attraction processes and activities to ensure high quality and timely hires. The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, oversight and execution of interview coordination and offer coordination. As part of the Global Pharma/North American Talent Acquisition team, this position will also serve on projects related to talent acquisition initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Psychology or related field. Five (5) years of direct experience in recruiting may be used in lieu of BA degree. High school diploma or GED equivalent still required.
- 1+ years of progressive full lifecycle hands‑on recruitment experience within a global or regional organizational model required.
- Recruitment experience within Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industries. Experience with high volume diverse recruitment searches.
- MS Office Suite;
Social Media platforms - Linked In, Indeed, etc. HRIS & ATS systems, i.e. People Soft required - Technical & behavioral interviewing required
- Internet and Social Media Candidate Sourcing skills required
- Consultative skills - i.e. Discussions with Hiring Managers on compensation/offers, market trends, recruiting process expectations, accountabilities and service levels required.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted required
- Prolonged sitting required
- Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources desired
- 5+ years of progressive full lifecycle hands‑on recruitment experience within a global or regional organizational model required.
Weekday Days, Monday - Friday
