The Human Resources Coordinator supports all HR functions in Spokane, WA, ensuring a positive people‑focused culture and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with the HR team to create positive associate engagement.
• Act as the first point of contact for associate HR inquiries.
• Conduct bi‑weekly payroll audits for incentive plan payouts and benefits accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS and LMS data, providing technical support to associates.
• Prepare materials for performance reviews and benefit open enrollments.
• Provide backup for benefit administration insurance inquiries.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding process.
• Complete, verify, and maintain I‑9 documentation.
• Assist HR generalists with off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and procedures.

• Ability to manage relationships with associates and managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; associate’s degree required.
• 1+ year relevant HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, ATS, and other applications.
• Valid driver’s license and insured/operable vehicle.
