HR Generalist

Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Inland Northwest to find an engaging and people-focused HR Generalist. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and passionate about creating a great employee experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

Pay: $30-$36/hr depending on experience

What You’ll DoSupport employee relations efforts and respond to employee questions with professionalism and care Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle processes

Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation with accuracy and discretion

Assist with benefits administration and leave management

Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Partner with managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day employee needs
