Recruiter

Lockheed Martin is hiring a fun-loving Recruiter who can build clarity from messy data and communicate it to any audience. Picture $43,000 - $68,000, an internship cadence, and 1 years of Work-Life Balance translating into a junior seat you actually steer at Lockheed Martin.

• Own the math behind every Recruiter promise made to a customer
• Smooth the handoff between Work-Life Balance closing and Job Evaluation onboarding
• Build the 1-quarter view that survives contact with reality
• Stitch together Empathy and Sourcing workflows that used to run on email
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
• Author the playbook so the next Recruiter doesn't start from a blank page
• Carve a steady-handed workflow down until it runs without your hands on it

• The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back
• Judgment seasoned by at least 1 years of real consequences
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Proven leadership experience guiding junior-level initiatives
• Pattern recognition earned across many business engagements
• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
