Business Systems Analyst / Compliance, Change, and Configuration Management

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and assist the Energy Management Systems organization by performing cyber security compliance process, documentation, and reporting support.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment.

The position is hybrid with onsite 1–2 days weekly as needed in Spokane or Vancouver, Washington.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $51.00 – $57.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer/information technology, business systems, engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• 5 years of directly related experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
• 7 years of directly related experience is required with an associate degree in applicable fields.
• 9 years of directly related experience is required without a degree or degree in applicable fields.
• 1 year experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for a high availability environment.
• 1 year of experience in a Dev Ops environment using Atlassian or similar tool.
• 1 year experience in the use of change and configuration management tools/systems.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

• 1 year experience in any aspect of the software development lifecycle for a utility control center environment.
• 1 year of previous compliance and/or audit support experience, particularly for NIST/FISMA and NERC-CIP.
• 1 year previous compliance and/or audit support experience.
• 1 year experience with process development and roll‑out.
• Experience developing process/procedures to support compliance efforts.
• Experience with the design and implementation of security standards, policies or procedures in a high availability environment.
