Demand Generation Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive for our Demand Generation team with a focus on SMS/Whats App Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing SMS/WA campaigns, tracking lead conversions, and evaluating campaign performance. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations.

• Lead & Conversion Tracking:
  Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, ensuring timely updates and accuracy. Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, providing performance evaluations and actionable insights.
• Campaign Scheduling, Operations & Monitoring:
  Oversee the scheduling and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives. Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement, and proactively resolve issues that arise.
• Data Maintenance & Division:
  Maintain accurate campaign data sheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly organized for all ongoing campaigns. Track and manage lead activity dates, ensuring proper segmentation for future campaigns.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
  Coordinate daily with nurturing/sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up on leads and continuous optimization of campaigns.
• Analysis & Reporting:
  Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps in sales performance. Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.

• Experience with CRM & Project Management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills and the ability to track, analyze and optimize performance data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skills for reporting and coordination.
