Mountain West Bank is seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. The role will lead the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms across our nine‑state footprint (AZ, CO, , MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, WY).

Key responsibilities include managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application, leading a team of administrators and support specialists, ensuring platform performance, coordinating cross‑functional releases and vendor upgrades, providing end‑user support, and maintaining documentation and testing protocols.

• Lead the administration, user access, and support of nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Develop strategies for improved system support and performance.
• Support development team in delivery of new functionality and implementation.
• Address system outages and communicate outages to Service Desk and bank stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate and participate in new platform software products and releases impacting business services and operations.
• Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and functional teams for seamless updates, releases, and feature implementations.
• Develop thorough and positive communication for system changes implemented in production.
• Maintain third‑party applications and services integration, manage platform releases, and implement system improvements.
• Guide junior team members to adhere to GBCI standards and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Ensure testing is completed at all levels for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break/fix solutions.

This Corporate position may be located in an available bank division across our nine‑state footprint (AZ, CO, , MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY). Washington State applicants only will be considered for positions in Spokane or Wenatchee with compensation ranges of $53.95‑$80.91/hr and $54.45‑$81.66/hr respectively.

Entry rate: $47.23+ per hour (Kalispell, MT) and adjusted individually based on geography, experience, and education.
