About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. The role involves leading the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing system releases, and enhancing platform performance. The successful candidate will also lead the support of end users, perform scheduled system maintenance, maintain third‑party integrations, and collaborate with the development team to implement system improvements.
The position is corporate and may be located in any of our bank divisions across AZ, CO, , MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY.
Experience with nCino and Salesforce in a banking or similar environment is essential.
- Lead the administration, user access, and support of nCino and Salesforce platforms, developing strategies for improved system performance.
- Coordinate and participate in releases that impact business services, working with Development, QA, and functional teams to ensure seamless updates.
- Maintain effective and efficient IT systems, establishing protocols and procedures to optimize service delivery.
- Uphold Standard Operating Procedures, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure thorough testing, manage defect and enhancement priorities, and present recommendations to management.
- Document IT operational and security audit controls, including SOX controls for lending systems.
- Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions and developing reports and dashboards.
- Provide judgment, advice, and best practices to senior management for informed decision‑making.
- Comply with all company policies, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional IT experience, including hands‑on application management, workflow automation, and leading administrative roles for specialty applications such as nCino or Salesforce.
- Leadership: At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and modeling tools such as Visio; experience with end‑user support and after‑hours software support. - Industry Knowledge: Preferred: familiarity with the banking industry.
- Certifications: nCino and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Trustworthiness, diplomacy, strong communication, teamwork, self‑starter, adaptability, and accountability.
Travel: Up to 15% travel required (approximately 3.5 days/month). Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions: Indoors, climate‑controlled shared work area; moderate noise level; lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Vision: Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view a computer terminal, and read printed materials.
